Our new facility in Beresfield has enabled the expansion of our equipment, team and client offerings. ob体育游戏 is proud to offer clients a full steel fabrication, drafting, surface preparation and erection services.

In 2008, ob体育游戏 relocated to its new, larger facility in Pippita Cl, Beresfield. This fabrication ‘estate’ is comprised of two single bay workshops, each with a floor space of 4,200 meters squared.

One of the workshops is entirely dedicated to steel preparation and painting. The workshop has a modern auto recovery blast chamber for surface preparation, which is five meters in height and twenty meters in length. It also features 5 large extraction filter fans for ‘drying storage’, before the steel is moved for site delivery.

The second workshop has two 12.5 tonne overhead cranes and two five tonne wall cranes, each with a 5 metre internal reach. These cranes run the full length of the building.

ob体育游戏 owns and operates state of the art equipment and facilities, including a beam line machine. This cutting, edge late model machine is controlled by a central computer that will measure, mitre cut to length, drill both vertically and horizontally, stamp designation marks and mark all cleat locations in one pass operation.

• Four, two-storey office blocks, each over 200 meters squared

• Fully automated computer controlled beam line machine. The operator only needs to load the blank section and unload the processed members.
