ob体育游戏 has worked for Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group on a number of projects, including a conveyor system at the Kooragang Island Coal Export Terminal.

In coordination with concretors and other contractors, ob体育游戏 delivered key project components within a strict time schedule.

ob体育游戏 built, fabricated and painted the conveyors to the 3 coat architectural level paint system in the workshop. The conveyors were then shipped to the concretors site at Rutherford using special oversized transports to accomodate for the weight and overall dimensions of the structure. After the floor was concreted and the sheeting attached, the whole unit was transported at more than 100 tonne per module to the installation site at Kooragang Island.

Quality was of utmost priority in this job, to ensure durability and longevity if the conveyor system in tough environment conditions. Every aspect of this job was quality controlled and carefully managed to ensure the longest possible lifespan of the structure. This involved the use of our dedicated welding supervisors, qualified paint supervisors and project managers to oversee the coordination of the project.
