Site Fabrication

We cater to the fabrication of complex trusses, hopper plate type structures and handrails from 100kg – 3,000 tone contracts.

ob体育游戏 has the capacity to provide custom tailored site fabrication services. We have our own large generator for three phase power, 240 volt welder units, several scissor and boom lifts, utility vehicles and corresponding personnel.

Whatever your site fabrication requirements, we will work closely with you to ensure the best possible outcome for your project. We offer our services as part of the structural steel package or a separate service which may be hired out.

Cutting & Drilling

Algon steel has invested in the latest state-of-the-art cutting and drilling machine technology, achieving high results for our customers.

We conduct high definition plasma cutting off our beam line machine. This technique results in a squarer cut, cleaner edges and fewer distortions. ob体育游戏 has the capacity to accurately cut steel in house to your exact specifications.

Our steel cutting service is included in our steel fabrication work and can be separately hired for sections processing of steel from your shop drawings.
